With a lot of heart, experience and a keen sense for the needs of her participants, she creates a space of mindfulness and relaxation. Nicole is not only a passionate yoga teacher, but also the initiator of &#8220;aufdermatte&#8221;, a project close to her heart that helps people achieve more balance and inner peace &#8211; without any pressure to perform.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><br\/><strong>A special highlight:<\/strong> after the yoga session, you can relax with cool drinks in the  <br\/>refresh yourself in <strong>the farm store<\/strong>.
